+ Characters open to any interpretation based on the fact that this is an 'Elseworlds Rp' (though they all are by definition), you can do what you want with who you want, play who you want, set in the DC universe owned by DC (Warning, some characters are very different, such as District Attorney Harvey Dent, while others are the same as their counterparts in BTAS/ regular comics, expect change)
