PERSONALITY
Scotch is a smart and cheerful. she can get along with almost any dog she meets and is always tries to talk differences out rather then resorting to violence.
she's quite normal and is always keen to explore. she tends to smile quite a lot.

Scotch is a medium sized mutt. about the size of a shiba Inu

STORY
Scotch was once a military service dog, enrolled into the army's k9 academy at a young age though she was put into retirement at an early age due to "failing eye sight".
Scotch's eye sight isn't the best for a dog at her age but the condition soon stabilized, though it wasn't good enough for her to continue her service in the army.

she was adopted by a couple who moved into Vera Harbour.
though she was considers a house pet, Scotch was pretty independent. often walking with her humans without a leash and they would often allow her to roam the neighbourhood on her own free will.

When the revolution came, Scotch was out exploring and when she got back she couldn't find her humans. she followed the scents toward the underground but among the surviving humans, she could not find her owners. Eventually the mutt decided to live about as a stray among the humans in the underground, looking for scraps to find and joining the small groups of dogs that humans are willing to feed though food is little. though she is technically considered a "Dweller". Scotch' doesn't want to stay with any other human besides her previous owners.

her eye sight seemed to work better in the dark rather then in the light.
she wonders where her humans had gone but her drive for adventure keeps her company.

even though she is a Sikoda. she travels to the surface more often then others, as much as the sun threatens to blind her.
